We deliver to almost all countries worldwide. Please check our checkout page to see if we can deliver to your specified address.
Delivery times vary by location and local delivery service. In the Netherlands, it usually takes 1-2 business days, Europe 2-5 business days, and worldwide 3-7 business days. Please expect longer delivery times during sale periods and holidays.
Please Note: The information about delivery times pertains solely to the duration required by the carrier to deliver your package. This does NOT include the time we need to process and dispatch your order. We strive to dispatch your order on the same or the following business day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order, the destination, and the chosen carrier. Check shipping costs at checkout.
You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact, and SEPA-Transfer.
All approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping is at your expense. Returned items and packaging must be in unused condition. After receiving your return, we will process the exchange or refund within 10 business days.
You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Returning an item to TODA is at your own expense. After processing your return, we will refund the money. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging must be in unused and new condition. If the product packaging is damaged, we will charge a fee of 20% of the value of the merchandise. After receiving your return, the exchange item or refund will be processed within 10 business days.

For countries outside of Europe, local customs charges may apply. These charges are your responsibility and should be paid to the local carrier.
Our prices include 21% VAT in accordance with Dutch legislation. Additional import taxes may apply depending on local customs regulations.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the purchase is confirmed because they are immediately sent to the warehouse for shipping.
You will receive an order confirmation with a link to check the status. You can also log in to your account to view all your orders.
No, you can also check out as a guest. However, having an account offers benefits such as access to your complete order history.
Your information is solely used for order processing. We may use your email address for promotional purposes, and your phone number may be used in case of order issues. Under no circumstances will we share or sell your information to third parties.
You can delete your account at any time. Send an email to info@wearetoda.com, and we will remove your information from our system.
